IAD Investments Fund expands portfolio with strategic airport property

1. 12. 2025

IAD Investments Fund announces the successful completion of the acquisition of a logistics property from a European investor and developer for its IAD Investičný Realitný Fond (IAD IRF). The 3,800 m² property is located in the immediate vicinity of the runway of the M. R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava, with a direct connection to the air cargo logistics operations of Bratislava Airport. It is one of the most attractive logistics locations in Slovakia, providing significant operational and strategic advantages.

The property is leased to a reputable tenant in the delivery and cargo services sector on a long-term basis, which strengthens the stability and long-term sustainability of the fund’s returns.

“This acquisition represents a significant step for the fund and our shareholders in terms of portfolio diversification and growth, as well as proof of our promise to build the fund and deliver projects with interesting valuations to our clients. Its successful completion confirms the ability of IAD Investments Fund to make acquisitions with an emphasis on long-term value, stability and yield,” says Martin Proksa, Director of IAD Investičný Realitný Fond.

“I would like to thank all the partners who participated in this transaction. I thank the legal advisors from Bird & Bird, the financial and tax advisors TPA, the technical advisors Grinity and the transaction advisors Axelero Capital Advisors,” adds Tomáš Trebula, transaction manager at IAD Investments.
